Proper names of some software?

Hello,

I’ve recently started working with a company which uses ABB products, and have had difficulty with phone representatives of the company in describing the software packages I have. Additionally, I can find almost nothing about them on the corporate website, or even on the Internet in general.

Before I post any questions, I think it’d be best to clear things up and confirm that the following are proper names of ABB products:

  • WS500
  • PED500
  • AQL
  • SCADA
  • SPIDER

To your knowledge, are there any forums for other ABB software products?

I’m not aware of any, have you tried contacting your local ABB tech support or sales organization?
