Read/Write 500 Real Variable with Siemens HMI

Good morning,
I need to trade with a robot and HMI siemens about 500 real variables (read/write) , normally use the opc server, but this works with 200 variables.
what kind of communication can you use? Windows ? Siemens PLC ?
