RIS-Robot doesn’t restart after an E-stop [PickMaster 3]

In a line with 7 robots,one of the robots randomly does not restart after an E-stop**.**This problem occurs very rarely.

The stop is done in this way:

the user push the request button to stop one robot.

The PLC sends to PM the request to stop the robot trou RIS

The PLC opens the door and the robot goes in Emergency stop

The user makes the necessary operations and then push the request button to restart

The PLC closes the door

The PLC sends to PM the request to reset the emergency the robot trou RIS

The PLC sends to PM the request to restart the robot trou RIS

It seems that sometime this operation cannot be completed and the robot does not restart.

Before this happens, please make sure to perform the following.

In the menu File—>Options… please enable “Log RIS commands” and “Log IRC5 Status messages” as illustrated in the picture below and when the problem occurs, please attach the PickMaster-log as well as line and project files.

Send backup from robot together with PickMaster log, line and project files.
