Hello,
I’m trying to activate the 30-day trial license for RobotStudio 2025.5 (64-bit), but I’m unable to do so.
The Activation Wizard always shows:
“All available trial licenses have already been installed on this PC.”
However, under “View Installed Licenses” there are no licenses installed.
What I have already tried:
- Reinstalled RobotStudio 2025.5
- Deleted the RobotStudio configuration folders
- Reinitialized the license storage using:
RobotStudio.Installer.exe -InitLicenseStorage - Restarted the PC
The license storage is recreated successfully, but the problem remains.
Additional information:
- RobotStudio version: 2025.5 (64-bit)
- License: Basic
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Is this a server-side problem with the trial license, and does ABB need to reset the trial for my machine?
I’ve also contacted ABB support, but I’m waiting for their reply.
