Hello,
I installed RobotStudio 2025.5 (version 25.5.11605.0) on my PC.
When I first launched the software, I declined the 30-day trial and continued using the Basic license.
Now I would like to activate the trial, but RobotStudio displays the following message:
“All available trial licenses have already been installed on this PC.”
However, the installed licenses list is completely empty, and the software still shows “Basic” as the current license.
I have already uninstalled RobotStudio, removed its residual folders, restarted my computer and reinstalled the same version. The problem persists.
Could you please check the trial license status associated with my machine and help me activate the 30-day trial?
