Hello,

I have some problems with the installing from RobotStudio online.
I installed the Robotstudio.

  1. RobotWare
    2.RobotStudio Online
    3.RobotStudio
    4.license key
    I created new project, after then came this massage: please look the picture.

Hi Tobias,

The error says that there is a problem with your mediapool.

  • Which RS version are you using?
  • Are you using RW 5.07.04? Ensure that you have installed that particular version.
  • Do get the error for all systems created with this RW version?
  • Are you able to create and start a system for any other RW version?

I work with the Version RS:5.10.2400.147
* Are you using RW 5.07.04? Ensure that you have installed that particular version.
I don’t understand this statement, I can`t start the simulation. The conecation to the virtuel controler is not running.
* Do get the error for all systems created with this RW version?
Please look in the new piture, I created a new simulation. I think, the same fault is coming.

* Are you able to create and start a system for any other RW version?

I tried this, but without success

I need a fast answer, since the project time runs out very much.

Hello Henrik,

I deinstalled the RS Version 5.10. There after I deleted the files ABB Industrial IT (the main list). Then I began the new installation.

  • I created a new System. Ya, It functions.

But, the other problem I can’t open a simualtion
which created with the RS Version: 5.07.4002!!!

What can I do? Please look the picture. error_Message.jpg

Ensure that RobotWare 5.07.4002 is installed. (see C:Program FilesABB Industrial ITRobotics ITMediaPoolRobotWare_5.07.4002). Note that “Program Files” may be translated to the language of your operating system.

Check the program.id file of your used system and ensure that the search path to the mediapool is valid.

If it is and you still cannot open the station and run the simulation, please get in touch with your local ABB representative.
