Hello together,

we use a IRC 5 controller with RobotWare Arc with one AW system.
On the Manual Functions is a button for feeding of the wire (Stickout 15 mm).
When I tap the button the system feeds only 5 mm instead 15 mm like discriped and I’m sure that nobody has change something.

My question:

Is it possible to change the value for the Stickout (15 mm) to an other value?
If yes, what’s the correct way to do it?

not sure exactly where the parameter is if your not using a fronious power source.

but in configuration/proc/fronius arc equipment properties/fr5000mw_T_rob1/

I have a parameter time to feed 15mm wire (in seconds) and you just set this to whatever you need to get 15mm of wire.
