In RS Online, I frequently see a small key on the controller icon in the explorer tree. It appears without warning and prevents me acessing the controller data. The only way I have found to remove it is to close RS Online and restart it. Obviously this means the controller has locked RS Online out for some reason. My questions are what am I doing to cause this and how to I regain access without having to restart Rs Online?
The small key appears when no user is not logged in to the controller. Maybe this is the cause of the problem. Please try to login again by selecting “Login as a different user” from the context menu that appears when you right-click on the controller. Then you can select to log in as a default user.
