Simulation doesn't work anymore

Hello gents,

I have a problem to run the simulations of my different stations. A few weeks ago this problem appeared and I don’t understand what happened at this time.

When I launch the simulation, the controller starts, but stops after a few seconds, and i have a TimeOut error message:



I tried with stations which where ok before, but also with new stations.

I tried with RS 5.14.03, RS 5.15.02 and with 5.60 without results.

I think it’s probably coming from my computer.

For some reason the Virtual Controller does not respond to RobotStudio during the simulation.

First thing to check is the virus scanner or host intrusion protection system. Try to disable them and see if it helps.

I this does not help I would recommend you to get in touch with your local ABB representative than can forward your issue to our tech support.
