some problem in using robotstudio 5.08

I am working in ABB robotics Division China.

now I have some problem in using robotstudio 5.08 2028 1009.

The first problem is about the license,our team use a network license,but I can’t check out commute license key,so,It can work only when I am in office and connect the network.But my teammates can use this licence key and check out.

And the second problem, sometimes when I clink

"programming—>program modules—>main ",I can not see my program,at this time,I also can’t open my program in the robotstudioonline,I can’t “request write access”.And when I open the virtual flexpendant,it said “unable to open Program Editor”.

Can some people help me?

Regarding your second question…

The reason for this is probably because you have moved your virtual controller system (Copy / Paste) from its original position on your PC. See section from release notes below:
