Hi,
We have a simple line with 2 IRB360, 1 camera, 1 pick conveyor (beld) and 1 shift conveyor running in the same direction. Each robot must fill 50% of the box (there are 2 size of box 100prod and 200prod - no ATC used on the place) at a speed of 100 prod/min. When starting the line we let the index conveyor moving till a box is present at robot 1. If we start the line we will have 50% overflow because of the loadbalancing. My idea was in this case to start at half product flow and instead of LB use ATC until the first box is comming at the second robot.
Has someone any idea how to do this?
