Trouble using RelTool and Offs

I am new to RobotStudio and trying to use the RelTool or Offs function in the Move tool. I keep getting an error that the configuration is not verified, but AutoConfiguration doesn’t work and I can’t set the configuration manually because nothing comes up in the window. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I’m using 5.14.01

In RobotStudio you can modify and do the configuration on real position but not on a robtarget function like RelTool or Offs. So you need to have a real robtarget separately. We call that a teach-routine. But if you then come with the offset to an other quadrant (see manual: confdata) in axis 1 or 4 or 6 it will not work. Then you have to switch off the configuration with ConfLOff; and ConfJOff; But don?_Tt forget to switch on again if not needed any more.
