Tune indexed work area may cause problems [PickMaster 3]

Dear PickMaster user,

We have unfortunately discovered a problem which may cause the robot to stop work if an indexed workarea is tuned.

The problem will arise if the following occurs

  • Use an indexed workarea.
  • Use the robot execution signal.
  • Perform a workarea tune just before the robot program retrieves the last item of a container.
  • The robot stops before picking the last item from the container on the indexed work area

We are working on a solution which should be available in baseware revision 4.0.115 (S4C+) and 5.06 (IRC5).
