Two different model with inspection [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

I am using two models with inspection for one robot (two different part to pick). The model is a container and they both contain the same object. I first identify the container to pick (geometric model, they both look the same) and also I use inspection to determine which type it is (I look at something on the part to do the inspection). When I look at the detailed vision info, I see that the parts are found and depending on wich one it is, one model is failed and the other is accepted (tums up or down..). The problem is that the robot only pick one type…even if the picture taken showed that the model is accepted.

I’ve try every model, one only at the time, and they work fine. But together, they dont.

Do you have any clues?

Nicolas,

Please keep in mind that the result in the first picture always counts. If an item is found and is rejected in one picture and then found again in a second picture and accepted, the status of that item will remain rejected due to the overlap filter.

It is vital to create an inspection model so that the first time an item is found by it, the correct result is ensured. The limit position region might be helpful to achieve this. Please refer to the PickMaster User’s Guide for further information.
