i am unable to do backup and use pack&Go
every time i use this f**ktion a message appears telling me that VC has encountert a problem an need to be close.
the controller works fine both in RS and AWPP
i have just upgradet to 5.08 for both RS and AWPP
i had same problem with 5.07

Is this when you run the Pack & Go wizard, or when you open the station on a different computer?

It chrashes when I use the funktion on my computer
It happens both if i use pack and go, but also if i try to backup with flexpendant. every time i try the controller crashes.
That sounds strange. Which RobotWare version is the controller using?
im am using Robotware version 5.07.1030.01
No matter which options i chose in the pack and go wizard, i always seem to get the systems and backups included the zip file. Has anyone else found this?

Hi Craig,
Systems are always included, there is no option to disable that.
If you uncheck backups new backups shouldn’t be created, however existing backups in the system (the BACKUP subfolder) will still be included.
