Userhook error [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

We have try to make a simple userhook application but we get always an error after +/- 10 min of working.

This is the error :
Error 4596 - Object ‘/fd6e1032_6680_4c5f_a44b_248d16aae6f1/izvow9rjynnlavfgidvq1u_p_15.rem’ has been disconnected or does not exist at the server. (see the complete log file in attach)
webwiz/622/PickMaster_Log_1.zip

We are using PM3.12 and RW5.11.

What could be the reason of this error ? After stopping the project and restart again the error is still there it is necessary to select the userhook again in the position source area to reset this error.

Hi Fabrice!

We have noticed the error and it will be solved in the next release of PickMaster 3.

The problem is that the connection between PickMaster and the user hook objects has limited lease time. If no message is sent from the user hook object to PickMaster within a couple of minutes, the connection will be lost. The connection will be established again only when the project is reopened.
