If i create a new VC using the key ID for a robot and then set this new VC for my robot when i start VC it just sits there saying “starting Virtual Controller, please wait” ?? It doesn’t go any further…
Do you have any AntiSpyware program running on your PC ?
If the answer is yes, disable that program and try again.
If the answer is no, is it more difficult to say what the problem is, but if you e-mail the key ID to me can I take a look at it.
