Visual SafeMove Safe_Range properties panel cannot be reopened

Hi,

I’m using RobotStudio 25.1.11167.1 and I’m having an issue with Visual SafeMove.

I created a Safe_Range under “Safe Ranges”, configured it, and then closed its properties panel. Now I cannot reopen it at all — clicking on it in the tree does nothing, double-clicking does nothing, and there is no “Properties” option when I right-click on it.

I also tried:

  • Closing and reopening Visual SafeMove
  • Collapsing and expanding the tree
  • Deleting and recreating the Safe_Range (the panel opened once during creation but closed immediately after confirming, and now it won’t open again)
  • Checking for any hidden or floating panels

I could not find a dropdown arrow in the Visual SafeMove title bar to re-enable the Properties window (as suggested in other threads).

Is this a known bug in version 25.1? Is there any workaround?

It went worse. Everything else disappeared. Yet, I got it back by clicking “Saved Layout”!
