[Wish] Let Virtual Controller in Current Station list when start TimeOut

Hello,
Can you let the faulty virtual controller when we start station and controller doesn’t connect? (Don’t have “[ROBRSP] <Got storage pointer 0x4ad227e0>” in debug windows)

So we can use context menu to restart it (like if we shutdown it).
