Activation Failed

Hello,

I have a problem with RobotStudio School Edition 5.13.02. I have installed RobotWave , RobotStudio and Sentinel RMS License Manager Installer 8.3.0.900. When I open RobotStudio, the dialog-box offers only:
Step 1: Create a licence request file
Step 3: Install a license file
or I will activate later. When I choose to activate later the software stops.
The dialog-box where to insert the server ip for license don’t appears.
My platform is Windows 7.

Please help me if you can. Thank you.

Hi,

There is no trial license for the School Edition. That is why RS stops.

Problem solved. I had some registries from an earlier version. I deleted them and now is fine.
