What RS version are you using? I suppose it is 5.10 or 5.09. If this is what I believe it is, this problem has been solved in RS 5.11. It may help also to just install the “Robot Communication Runtime” for RobotWare 5.11 that is available in a folder of the RobotWare 5.11 DVD. It can be downloaded from the RobotStudio Community (www.robotstudio.com/community).
