build floppy disks for a S4C controller

Hello,

I have a key disk for a IRB 6400 S4C 3.0controller M97. Program No 3HAB2390-1/47.

How can I create/generate the rest of disks? I tried with Robotware 4.0 but it does not recognize the key disk.

RobotWare 4.0 is just for S4C+ controllers (totally different hardware than S4C)
For S4C RobotWare 3.0 you need the RobotWare disks to boot a system.

You should ask your sales person for the boot disks.

For a S4C+ we are using RW4.0. What software is need it to create the boot disks for S4C controllers and if it is available for us integrators? Of corse having a key disk.

I was looking in my file archive and found a zip file of 3.0 boot discs with Program no 3HAB2376-1/47. If you give me your email I can send it to you so you can give it a try.
If you are an integrator I think you should be able to download it from the partner website but you need a login for that so contact your ABB sales person.

Unfortunally all the baseware versions in my archive was lost in an harddrive crasch. I may have a backup on a dvd but it will take some time to find it, and now it’s Christmas time so I think you better get in contact with ABB.

If possible we are looking for programme discs for a customer’s ABB- 640M200 robot

can anyone help?

Is that supposed to be 6400 M2000? Do you have the keystring or a backup?
