Hello,
Our company just bought IRB 1400 robot from other
company. I’m trying to make a cold reboot for IRB 1400 S4 controller,
but I’ve got problems with the controllers. When I inserted “key disk”,
the teach pendant display appear “insert Program3HAC2700-2 system disk”.
I have the key disk, but don’t have the boot disk. Is there anybody have the boot disk or boot files
so that I can continue the installation

Get in touch with your local ABB Robotics office and they’ll help you out.
The disks you need depends on the controller being S4 or S4C and what type of main computer you have
so give them the serial # and the DSQC # off of the boards you have in the front when opening the door
and they can help you get what you need.
