Interface between PickMaster and Intouch [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

I’m managing a line with 6 Irb340 controlled by a PickMaster with External Sensor. In the same line is present an HMI based on Intouch.

How I can manage by Intouch errors present in PickMaster ?

I thought that one way can be to use OPC with robot but I’ve no informations about PickMaster. Another way is to use the Event Viewer file (where I’ve both - robots and PickMaster) ; filtering it and handle strings present inside.

Are possible other solutions e.g. DDE ?

My goal is take care about any error messages present in the PickMaster to get a complete status of line.

Hello,

As you correctly pointed out, any PickMaster errors will be available in the event viewer file. If you choose to not present the PickMaster log window to the user it is probably easiest to to use the event viewer file.
