I have robot IRC5 work by communication with PickMaster 3.2 RW 5.11.160 when i update the RW to 5.13 the PickMaster didnt find the controller (i check the communication between robot and PC its ok)
so I return back the old RW still the same problem :grinning::grinning:
How i can solve the problem ???
It is the communication interface that needs to updated. The easiest way is to upgrade to RobotStudio 5.13 on the PickMaster computer.

I have that problem 2 months ago, maybe you should update your “robot id” from robot icon from pickmaster,.
