Any detailed explanation about the internal slave option (Unit Type) While I/O Configuration.

I have gone through this manual before already. But this has the information about the option 709-1. My system does not have that option instead i have 840-1 (EtherNet/IP Fieldbus Adapter, DSQC 669). Now the problem is should i defined my unit type as internal slave or not? Because i was reading some manuals yesterday and i found below information.

''Internal Slave specifies if a unit with this Unit Type is an internal slave or not.
This parameter specifies the type of the slave device. The built-in slave module in the
PROFIBUS master/slave card (DSQC 637) and the PROFIBUS Fieldbus Adapter (DSQC
667) are defined as internal slaves. All other slave devices are defined with this parameter set
to No.‘’

In that case, perhaps the Application Manual EtherNet/IP Anybus Adapter would be more useful to you
