Missing color when import .sat-file

I have a problem when my colleague export a 3D-cad-fil from his Autodesk Inventor 13 to a Acis-file (.sat). All colors disappear when I import to RS 5.07. Is the problem the converting to .sat in Inventor or is it when importing to RS??

Hi Daniel,

There are a couple of different ways to specify colors in .sat, but RS should handle most of them. Perhaps if you could upload a small example file I could take a look at it.

My problem in this case was that the exported file from inventor did not have any information about colour to give to RS. Probably with CAD-converter the problem can be solved.
