More than 3 IRB340 & 2 CNV sync. [PickMaster 3]

Hello,

Do you have any experience with more than 3 IRB 340s, 2 CNVs (Infeeder & Outfeeder) , 1 Camera (Infeeder) and 1 position generator sensor(Outfeeder)?

2 irb340s work fine but from 3rd, it’s not working.

That’s the way how it works when you build it? or another soultion you have?

What we are doing is using distributors for them.

I saw S4c+ converyor manual which said using diode and capacitor and just jumpped from one to next one. But it’s not working from 3rd robots.

We are playing with 6 robots, 4 conveyors.We are using amplificators for the encoder signals.

I solved encoder problem like you but how did you do camera signals?

Trigger and strobe signals are a lot complicated.

3 robots are fine but after connecting 4 robots it’s loosing the signal.
