Motion Limit problem? [PickMaster 5]

Hi,

I have problem setting the item motion limit when I use safe position, in this case for the pallet stack. Because of the construction of the pallet stack the robot as to go down and up in a 2m strait line. The item motion limit is set to 400mm/s and in the advance menu all the 4 box are check and set to 400 or less.

Example…

1 - When the robot move to the pallet stack, he run at the project speed, in my case 1000mm/s. (normal)

2 - Slow down to seek for the height of the stack, 100mm/s (normal)

3 - Grip the pallet

4 - Move up slowly, (pick depart) 100mm/s (normal)

5 - After the pick depart offset done the robot go at 1000mm/s to the safe position. :worried:

6 - After the safe position speed drop to the item limit 400mm/s and go to the outfeeder.

His there an other place to reduce the speed of a item or is a pick master bug?

It’s doing this also for the splipsheet!

I made test and if i delete the safe position the motion limits are respected!

This problem is corrected in the next release, PM5.13,
expected in october.
