I have a S4C robot that I need to reboot. the key disk is based on system pack S4C 3.2 but I only have system packs 3.0 and 3.1.
does somebody know from where I can get system pack 3.2?

Usally you get in conntact with your sales/support guys.
But if you give you my email adress I can send 3.2.56 version but be sure that your email can recive a file that is 10Mb big.

I have an additional questions…
I have a key disk with the option language German: 577 613 German.
the language english is not written down as option in the key file. is this automatically included? can I boot the robot in english or does I have to make a request for a new keydisk.

I was a long time since I worked with 3.2 (like 8 years) so I don’t remeber if you could change the language(you could try with a I-start and see if you have the option to change language).
