i am getting this error messages with the same text. I ve installed robot communication runtime but i couldnt become online .
My robotware version is 5.10.0146.
Error 8339 & Error 8340 Failed to create IRC5 controller. The RW version is later than the installed RobAPI. A newer RobAPI needs to be installed
Does Robot Studio Online work?
FYI:
5.10.0146 is replaced by 5.10.0147, also called 5.10.00.01, due to stop behavior issues. There is even a newer called 5.10.00.02 that can be used.
Please upgrade your controller.

The problem was related with framework.2. After i reinstall it. Now it is working ok. Tkanks.
