I can not get PM3.10 running against a controller using RW5.07.01.01 build 1025.
PickMaster reports errors with RopAPI.
When I use an other PC with the same robot which also has PM3.10 installed everything is fine, so it is not a robot problem.
The only difference between these 2 PC’s is that one PC has RobotStudioOnline installed from the RW5.07.01.01 CD. The PC which has the communication problem does not have RobotStudioOnline installed.
An upgrade of RobotWare to a new version may require an upgrade of the ABB
Industrial Robot Communication Runtime on the PC. The installation can be found
in the Utility folder on the RobotWare CD (5.07.01.01 or later).
Please note that when upgrading the baseware on the IRC5, the robot controller
will change its system identification. The robot controller must therefore be
reselected in the PickMaster line file. Please refer to The Line chapter in the
User’s Guide for further information.

When having this problem with old RobAPI you must run program setup.exe in folder “RobotCommunicationRuntime” on your PC where you have your RW CD.
We did not do this, but instead installed Robot Studio-Online on the PM computer. This seemed to update the RobAPI to what ws needed to communicate with the IRC5
