We have an issue with PM3.41 we were instructed by ABB to install this newer version to eliminate a previous problem with compatibility with using Performance Drivers on a Windows 7 System. The Performance Drivers issue seems to have been resolved however now we get a new error when attempting to start a Pickmaster project. The error is 12236 Failed to initiate production parameters on GigE camera. Any one have any thoughts on this?

I’ve exactlly the same problem.
I’m running PM3.41.0064 on Windows Embedded Standard 32-bits, and RW5.14.2031.

We believe that the issue is related to Basler Camera Firmware. We have tested with an older camera that contains camera firmware 3.1 and this works fine with Pickmaster 3.41. However the newer cameras have firmware 4.2 installed. These cameras do not seem to work with the newer version of PM. Whats very interesting is that a new camera will work with an older version of PM3.40, and an old camera works fine with the newer version of PM3.41. We have contacted Basler in regards to this issue and they have indicated that there is no way for a customer to downgrade the camera firmware. Cameras must be returned to the factory and downgraded by them.
