PM3.22 error with Gigabit camera [PickMaster 3]

Hello,

We have an installation with 2 gigabit camera.
We have set the IP config of the camera without problems.
When I start PM we get the Warning 12337 Failed to read parameter from camera. Check if the appropriate Cognex Drivers are installed. If the problem persists, check network connections.

We have uninstall and reinstall PM to be sure that we have installed the Cognex drivers but this does not help.

Also if we try to configure the camera in the line, it is possible to select it but when we do that PM generates 2 dump files.

1st dump file :

Can somebody tell me how to solve this?

Hi Fabrice,

Normally you get Warning 12337 if the Cognex driver set does not match with the PickMaster version.

You can verify this by checking the installed programs list:

Control panel-> Add/Remove programs
Verify that Cognex drivers 2.6 is installed.

If you have Cognex drivers 2.5 you must uninstall the component, and proceed to install version 2.6.
You can find this on the PickMaster CD in the folder “frame grabber drivers”. Run setup.exe, full installation.
