I have just recieved the following observation from one of our service engineers who is using Pickmaster V3, is this a known problem?

While on site in Chicago with the latest IPLR demonstrator, I came across an issue with the ABB V3 software. On the Model Edit screen, a left click of the mouse anywhere to the right of any of the checkboxes would cause the box to be checked. This caused the accidental switching on of some functions that were not desirable. ABB need to reduce the active zone to that of only the check boxes.

I agree it is easy to slip at certain places. However, PickMaster follows Microsoft Standard, you may for instance compare it with one of the tabs at the windows dialouge which appear when you select properties on “My Computer”.

Try to turn on and off the “Turn off System Restore” and you will see that it behaves the same way as in PickMaster.
