PM 2.3x ? License problem [PickMaster 3]

The first time PickMaster 2.30 is started after restarting the PC (running WinXP SP1), PickMaster can’t find the license - we get the warning “Cannot find PickMaster License” (code 4797). Trying to run PickMaster will create the error messages “There is no runtime license” as well as “The license allows a maximum of x…”.

If PickMaster is restarted 3 or 4 times, the license is found OK.

After the license is found, PickMaster can be shut down and restarted without this problem. But, if the PC is restarted the error happens again.

A corrupt windows registry or some old software is probably the cause to this issue. Please try to run windows update to get the most current updates from Microsoft. If that does not help, please try to reinstall Windows XP.
