PM on Win7 PC freezed [PickMaster 3]

Hallo together,

we have the Problem, that the PM-PC with PM 3.40 and Windows 7
weekly during Produktion freezed on. We must restart the PC and the
Problem is solved.
Is there a known Windows 7 Problem? Is Win7 embedded the better solution?

There is no Internet-Connection for updates, Firewall is off.
The PC runs in Production with under 10% Ressources ( Network under 2%).

Does the whole PC freeze or just PickMaster?
Any errors in the PickMaster?
Any warnings or errors in the Windows Event log?

Hallo Mats,

i think at the first PM freeze. We have 5 Projects on one Line run at the same time.
If we have the Problem, then PM lost comunication to an robot controller.
After restart the PM-PC and new start its all ok.

Sometime we have wrong picks with difference as long as the trigger-distance
(one picture difference). We must switch off tension from camera and problem is solved
after restart.
