Re-Installing Software

I am having trouble going offline and creating a system from backup. I have performed both of these operations before and my coworkers can do it at this time, so I am certain that the system is not corrupted.

I am wondering if I need to re-install the software? I have a current activation key that I have used for a premium license that is valid until 7-2016. Will this activation key work to re-install the software on the same computer or will I need to request a new activation key?

Here is the error message when trying to Go Offline:

Re-installing won’t lose your license key, i’ve done it in the past with no problems.

Are you using the same version of RobotStudio as your co-workers who can go-offline?

Are you using the latest version of RobotStudio?

Yes I am using the same version. We are both using 5.61.02. I have found that it does create a system, but does not populate rapid with the system or program modules. As a workaround, I just restored a backup to the newly created system.

The latest RS version is 6.02 I recommend that you try that instead. You will still be able to work with previous versions of RobotWare.
