Restore Error

Hi

I have a problem to restore any backup from my IRB140 with external axes option 393 (DC2+GT). When I make a restore I got the “Startup error New Motion -4” and 50142 Manipulator Configuration Failed.

I tried download a new image from the IRB 140 software, backup the clean reinstalled software and make a restore from this clean backup… but when the system loads the MOC.CFG appear the error.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Follow the steps:

  1. Try to make a ColdBoot (C-Start) using the last image configuration in your Robinstall.

2.After the c-start check if everything is working: try to jogging the manipulator and external axis.

  1. If it’s working, make a new backup.

  2. Copy the MOC.cfg from your new backup and replace in your old backup.

  3. So now you can try to restore your old backup
