RMQ settings when set up task

Can someone explain the differences between RMQ mode (internal/remote) and also RMQ type (interrupt/synchronous) please?

I saw the RMQ options when setting up tasks and was wondering what are the settings for/when to use them.

RMQ is when you use a SDK for controlling the robot. In that way you can specify where the messages are coming from.
