RobotStudio Online 5.10 wont run

I’m trying to create a new station. I’m trying to start RS Online to change the beta gravity for an inverted robot, and I get this error mesage:

Can anyone help? This is my first attempt to run RS Online since loading the software a few weeks ago.

Hi,

This problem is related to the installation. Please try and re-install RobotStudio Online (select Repair) and see if you can start RobotStudio Online.
