Robotware keys

Hi,

i need to get the robotware keys so i can install again the OS for the SC4 controller. The problem is that the person that was in charge lost them.

I’ve been told by people on ABB that i can get the keys from a backup, they told me they were going to help me with that, but so far i’ve got nothing from them.

Do you know how can i do this??

Make a copy of your back up directory to the following location:

c:PROGRAM FILESCOMMON FILESABB AUTOMATIONSYSTEMyourBACKUP

Open RobInstall and select the update button.

Browse the above file path, the serial number can now be read in the options window (you may need to scroll down).
