System Restoration Assistance: IRB 2400F M96 (S4) – Error T1047 & Lost Boot Disks

I am in the process of restoring an ABB IRB 2400F / 10 M96 robot equipped with an S4 controller.

Current Issue: The system is currently down with a diagnostic error: “T1047: IOC IOC->MC memory-test Destr.”. Unfortunately, the original system floppy disks for this specific unit have been lost over time.

Request: Could anyone provide or point me toward the official BaseWare and Boot Disk files required for a system reload for this serial number?
