Is it possible for a user to change the software in a 354 board to make it into a 377.
I have the information on how to upgrade the software in a 377 is it the same process to put the 377 software into a 354 board?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade a 354 into a 377 the same way as an upgrade of a 377 is performed. However, due to earlier experience, we strongly recommend to relabel the encoder so that the label matches the actual software on the encoder board.
