Value error by starting project [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

Does anyone already get the same error by starting a project

40204 Value error 2009-07-15 10:03:12 Task T_ROB1: Array index 0for dimension number 1 out of bounds (1-25) {args: “T_ROB1”, “0”, “1”, “25”}

Sometimes when starting an existing project the 2 arrays PickIndex and PlaceIndex are empty.
The only way to solve the problem is to add the correct index value of the work areas in these 2 arrays.

I get this error sometimes and then it disapear without changing anything in our projects.
It looks like a problem when pickmaster sent the project to the robot.

Can someone tell how it works exactly?

In most cases it’s because one of the position sources doesn’t have a distribution and therefore no pick or place workarea gets initiated.
If one of the workareas fails during creation, that queue is not detected when SetupIndexes is executed and the arrays are left empty.
