From the conveyor tracking manual the range is 5000 to 10 000 for linear conveyors.

As I understand the manual, the value should be in the range of 5000 - 10000 not that it is the limit.. I can get the robot to accepts up to 50 000. But I guess that It is the limit then?
You should change your encoder (or what ever sensor you are using) to give less pulses per revolution, then you will be within the range.
I kind of get that. But I would still like to know the actual range, so I’m able to calculate how many pulses my encodes is allowed to give.
