Hi,
We have 8 IRB 340 picking from conveyor work areas and placing to indexed work areas. There were 4 cognex cameras. Each of two robots gets item positions of the conveyor workspace from camera. Every robots gets different items. No load balancing and atc is beeing used.
Sometimes pickmaster gives the warnings 4316 4317 and 4318. It says “Scene information from a robot controller was discarded, they were too old for incoming scene information…”.
After these warnings, robots corresponding to these warnings stops picking.
Do you have any ideas about these warnings?
