Dear all,
I got an urgent service call from a customer.
The error above occurs on IRB340/M2000(S/N: 34-26328)
A Message is shown on the TPU as following;
An error occurred when sending variable ITMSRC_SN25 from the item
source CNV1ItemSrc to remote system. Status -1104
It seems like something is bad or wrong on network.
But unfortunatly, I’m not familiar with this error msg.
Please, inform me your solution or check points(hardware or software) soonest.

There is most certainly a network overload problem.
In older versions of RW there was a problem with the networking. This is corrected if you upgrade to a newer.
A hint can be to force the network duplex to 10 mbps/half duplex.

You mentioned RW upgrade to solve the problem.
then what is the corrected revision? I can not figure it out.
I am concerned about RobotWare imcompatability. therefore I don’t want to jump to the latest revision(PickMaster 3.23). For the reference, more information is added below;
-RobotWare 4.0/rev.116
-PickMaster 2.30.0032 with 2 cameras
-Queue Tracker DSQC377A x2units, 3HNE 01586-1/08
