OPTIC LENS SELECTION [PickMaster 3]

Hi

We ve ordered pickmaster for a vision project with the following hardware.

Pickmaster 3.0 hardware

visionboard cognex MVS-8100d

Digital CMOS cameras

I ve ordered OPT-GMHR38014MCN lens from GOYO OPTICS.

I wonder if i need any other parts to combine optic lens to cmos camera that ll come with ABB pickmaster package.

Hi Tomb,

No other parts should be needed. If you do not get a sharp picture when you first mount the lens, then use a 5 mm distance ring between the camera and the lens. This ring is included with the camera (mounted between the camera and the camera protection cap). Sometimes it is needed depending on the lens type.
