The camera image is not looking normal. E.g. divided in two images or a black line appears is appearing across the screen.
Please verify the following:
- Wrong camera cabling. Check the Cognex Hardware Manual which camera cabling you are supposed to use.
- Wrong camera set up in the configuration. Change the configuration so it corresponds to the camera you are using.
- If the camera is bought from a third party (not Cognex). You may need to set some switches differently on the camera in order for it to work. This is described in the Cognex Hardware Manual.
